  • How do I schedule a session?

A day/time will be secured with payment of the session fee. Until payment is received, the day is considered available for other client bookings. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

 

  • When should I schedule?

A limited number of weekend appointments are offered and are the first to be booked. For those with congested schedules, we recommend calling 6-8 weeks early.

 

  • Does my mom have to come to my shoot?

No. We want you to bring whoever brings out the best of your personality!

 

  • Are my images retouched?

Yes. All images are carefully retouched to remove blemishes and other minor imperfections.

 

  • How do I order my pictures?

Approximately 2 weeks after your session, you will come to view your images. All decision makers must be present as this is the time when orders will be placed. Additional ordering sessions are $50.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

2-4 weeks. Orders are sent to production once full payment has been received. Please let us know if there is a quick approaching deadline, we'll do our best to accommodate them.

 

  • Is it okay to copy, scan or screen capture my pictures?

Never. All images are protected by Federal Copyright and it is illegal to reproduce them in any form.

 

  • How can my friends and family see my pictures?

We are happy to provide you with a free watermarked/web sized file of each image you order. These are perfect for Facebook, email, Instagram or other social media sharing. Please remember not to crop out our logo.
